Somewhat out there are a lot of people who are no longer satisfied with singing into their shampoo-bottle microphones while showering. And thanks to Sing Star’s new online features, they’re rinsing off their bath-time anonymity for a shot at the big time. Yup, they’re bad as Hell and they’re not going to hide it anymore!

PS3 vs MTV

Plugging your iPod into your PS3 is one thing, but to really appreciate the musical genius that is Katy Perry pretending to like women, you need to be able to watch the video. (She strokes a cat! Suggestive!) With Sony bringing existing free service Vidzone to PS3, you will be able to stream and watch music videos from a catalogue of thousands in between gaming sessions.

PSP gets video downloads too with Go! View

You can now download tele from the BBC and Sky, along with movies to watch on your PSP with Sony’s new Go! View service. While we still wait for Sony to launch a film and TV download series for PS3, at least we have Go! View for PSP. The Go! View website offers TV shows and films for a free. The current line up includes Lost, Heroes, plenty of comedies and documentaries, along with sporting highlights from Sky Sports and a smattering of recent blockbusters.
