Many of you will remember this time last week, we were invited to the exclusive launch of the LG Arena KM900 blogger event (here and here!). It was a great chance to be able to see live for the first time how the latest LG S-Class user interface worked on the new LG Arena – a full touchscreen mobile phone which LG has pitched to be “the place to play”. As we begin to see the LG Arena arrive at highstreet retail shops, we take a look at some of the features of the Arena and how it compares to benchmark touchscreen mobiles like the iPhone.

We only spoke about it a week ago and now LG has officially announced their latest flagship – the LG Arena KM900 at the Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona. We often feature some basic help for readers who have just started using their new Macs and can’t find their way around a completely new but simplier OS environment. This latest gadget from Belkin will in our opinion definitely make Macs even more attractive compared to Windows PCs because the Switch-to-Mac cable makes your file transferring process from Windows to Mac OS X as simple as… well just sitting there without doing anything, because it automatically does it all for you!

Belkin’s Switch-to-Mac cable helps you transfer not just files from your PC but also your original settings and preferences. Unlike existing products where you have to drag and drop specific files you want to transfer. The Switch-to-Mac cable has its own Migration Assistant which is compatible with Windows XP and Vista, it automatically moves your music, photos, files (and more!) and internet preferences the way you want it, this makes your transition from Windows PC to Mac OS X as trouble free as possible (not that anything ever goes wrong on Macs…).

The Switch-to-Mac cable is expected to be out soon at an affordable price of $50 USD.
