For those of you in the US, the much awaited T Mobile G2x has been officially launched by T Mobile and is up for sale on their website. It is a rebranded version of the LG Optimus 2X and has got a lot of new exciting features that may fetch a lot of customers for them.
Finally the big Telecom giant, AT&T has officially announced to buy T-Mobile USA for $39 billion. This step will add nearly 33 million customers to AT&T in one swoop. So, the combined AT&T subscribers will become 129 million.

Motorola has a new phone on the market for purchase, the new CLIQ 2. The phone boasts Motoblur user interface on top of its Android 2.2. The phone has a 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM, which is a decent combo for the phone’s pricing.
Best Buy Mobile seems to be acting super smart so as to lure its customers during the ongoing holiday season. Best Buy Mobile has smartly chosen a list of phones that they will be giving away for $0 everyday during the month of December with the 2 year contract accompanying it for the pre-decided charges. This seems to be the best way to get rid of old stock which isn’t getting sold out.
The folks at IntoMobile unboxes the HTC HD 7 from T-Mobile, a phone that looks on the outside very similar to the HTC Desire HD. But that is where it ends, as the HTC HD7 is a premium Windows Phone 7 device powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. It also features a 4.3″ WVGA capacitive multitouch super LCD display (the only WP7 phone with such a large screen), 5MP camera with dual LED, Wi-Fi and A-GPS.
If things go as planned then T-Mobile (US) will soon be launching some new plans that will finally benefit pre-paid users. Also up for grabs will be T-Mobile’s Jet pre-paid USB mobile broadband dongle stick. This comes with the usual plug and play software, SIM card, user guide and will be in white.
