Here comes Fujitsu Loox F-07C, a new concept smartphone. It has the capability of dual-booting both Windows 7 and Symbian OS. This concept is pretty much similar to UMPC which was launched a few years back.
Since Nokia has announced its partnership with Microsoft, the company hasn’t released any Windows Phone 7 device, but that doesn’t mean that Nokia will stop working on new devices of their own. Now Nokia has announced two new Symbian based smartphones – the X7 and the E6.
Amongst all the hoopla that has been created by Android, the low end Symbian phones seem to have lost space in every form of media around the planet. Drifting away from the regular Android world let us bring to your attention something related to Symbian S60 phones. AT&T has recently announced that it will be offering the Sony Ericsson Vivaz for $79.99 when bought under a two year contract. Well, the Vivaz might not have created that huge buzz like any other regular Android phone but it can easily be a great buy for those looking for affordable phones with good features.
It’s here and it will soon be available. The much awaited Nokia N8 is ready for pre-order in the United States for $549 and should be delivered to you by the end of September. The Symbian ^3 Nokia phone first received plenty of air when it was officially announced in April and Nokia should be expecting nothing less than a killer once the Nokia N8 is fully available in markets.
Nokia is in no mood to offer any goodies (not even free shipping) for those who facilitate the pre-order facility. Looks like they are pretty confident about the success of their phone N8.
