The latest Nokia flagship phone Nokia N97 is now up for pre-order via the Nokia Online Store. The N97 has had plenty of coverage recently and rightly so its because it will be the first Nokia phone to come preloaded with Ovi Store, the Finnish phone company’s answer to the iPhone App Store?

The Ovi Store which is set to be stocked with tons of programs, services and apps to make every other smartphone platforms (including Android and iPhone OS?) jealous. With regards to its pre-order, its currently only available through Nokia, both white and black versions are available at £499.

The below list is what many believe will be the specs and features of the next generation iPhone (the one which will come with new OS iPhone 3.0) to be announced at the next WWDC on July 17, this summer. A source has told the Apple iPhone Apps blog that the new iPhone will launch on July 17. Not surprisingly, much of the specifications fit in with past rumors that the device will introduce a digital compass and a video recorder.

This is definitely the world’s first. The Spanish technology company iUnika announced last week a series of lightweight and eco-friendly netbooks. While it must be admitted that these are not suited for those keen on gaming, the GYY netbooks would just about do everything else the average user requires.

To hit the European market this summer, in June. The netbooks come with a low energy demanding 400MHz CPU, 128MB of RAM, an 8-inch screen a max resolution of 800×400 and a 64GB SSD drive. Although the iUnika GYY netbooks don’t seem to be capable of pushing out much juice, one thing is for sure, it does have quite a large capacity of memory for a netbook.

But for 398,000 Yen (that’s €3080, £2758 or $4180) the latest in technology 19.5mm x 25.5mm Toshiba Dynabook SS RX2/WAJ sports a Core 2 Duo SU9400 (1.40GHz) processor, 3GB of RAM, Intel GS45 Express, DVD Super Multi and a 12.1” WXGA LCD and a 512 GB SSD (may be that’s what the price is for?). Of course, along with this price tag you will also get WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, etc. According to Toshiba, this massive 512 GB SSD runs eight times faster than a 5400rmp 2.5” HDD.

Here’s a quick gallery showing you some pictures that were taken using the Nokia N97′s five megapixel camera. Now already available for pre-order via Nokia in the states for $524, the Nokia N97 is the second phone to feature a full touchscreen running on a Symbian S60 operating system. In addition to its five megapixel camera, other features include a 3.5-inch 640×360 pixels display, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3.5mm jack.

We’ve covered the ASUS Eee PC T91 extensively in the past months since it was first showcased at the CES. Its now been revealed that the convertible netbook will be arriving us in the UK in late May or early June, with a MRSP of £449 ($675). For those who have been interested in the T91Go which is an upgraded version if you like, equipped with HSDPA, you will need to wait abit longer before this model will be available. Final specs of the T91 are yet to be confirmed, however, based on previous featured posts, we know approximately what to expect.

To refresh your memory, The HMX-H106 features 10x Optical Zoom with Schneider’s Varioplan-HD lens, full HD (1920 x 1080) with Time Lapse (interval recording) mode in 720p, a 4.7 megapixel (2880×1620) CMOS for still photos, a Schneider Wide angle lens offering a wide angle view of 37 mm and a 64GB SSD (and SD card slot) which should make it quite pleasant and quiet for filming.
