Puma Phone gets reviewed

A good few months ago, we learnt the news that Puma had teamed up with Sagem to design a fashion logo branded phone which would not only be simply baring a brand on the surface but in fact have unique, useful and practical functionality within.

Many brands, most notable Prada (the first brand that comes to my mind) and D&G have been successful at picking gadget fans’ pockets by labelling existing phones with their badge yet underneath the expensive pricetag, the glamorous phone bares nothing more than what you would see in any old phone.

Phonemaker Sagem has partnered with Puma to unveil the Puma Phone at the MWC 2010. Let’s face it, both these brands aren’t new but neither are they the most popular in the field that they both respectfully belong to. Over the past few days, Puma has been unveiling more and more video ads of the Puma Phone’s idea and now the device has finally been unveiled.

GM and Segway have teamed up before the New York Auto Show on what they’re calling the PUMA project. The prototype vehicle was exclusively unveiled today on the Today Show in the States. Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility is what I believe PUMA stands for. Outside of NBC’s Today Show this morning was a demonstration of the PUMA project developed by GM in partnership with Segway, knowing how popular the tv show is, not surprisingly lots of fans and viewers turned up to see the PUMA in action.
