PlayStation revealed at the E3 conference that they will be bringing “PlayStation Plus” for online gaming to make a better experience. This will be like Xbox Live which you have to pay for annually. PlayStation will still offer their free network though for users, so that makes everything a lot better. PlayStation Plus will just have exclusive deals and content for anyone that wants to pay $50 a year to use it.
It looks like all the waiting may finally be over. Its been leaked just over the weekend that BBC could be in the middle of developing an iPhone / iPod Touch application for their free UK online TV and radio catchup on-demand service – iPlayer. Leaked from the BBC’s latest monthly press pack, normally the monthly press pack is created to provide viewing figures and usage statistics for the iPlayer video on demand service in the UK. But this latest one also shows an image of an iPlayer application running on the iPhone.
