On 14th of December 2009 Ubisoft declared that it is going to launch prince of Persia: the forgotten sands on May 2010 for all the for all the new generation consoles including the Xbox 360, Playstation, PSP, Nintendo DSi, the Wii and Nintendo DS and also for PC. The Prince of Persia Forgotten sands will be a new addition to Prince of Persia franchise with new characters, new fighting styles and new moves of controlling time and nature. News is that the new Prince of Persia will revolve between Prince of Persia Sands of Time and Prince of Persia Warrior Within.

Earlier this Summer we featured the extremely rare Nintendo World Championships Gold Cartidge on eBay which ended at a staggering price of $17,500. Guess what? Its up on eBay once again and it been put up by the same bidder (JJGames) who won half a year ago. But this time, all 100% of the profit will go directly to charity World Vision.

A rare Nintendo World Championships Gold cartridge has been sold for $17,500 on eBay! The NWC Gold was bought by JJ Hendricks. He was very pleased to find that the Nintendo World Championships Gold with such good, well packaged condition, that he decided to throw in the winning bid. He said it’s the “Holy Grail of Gaming”. There were only ever 26 of the NWC Gold ever made and they are not real gold but just gold paint.

Some very clever folks who have been playing around with the Palm Pre have managed to stuff the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) emulator into the new Palm mobile. This allows you to virtually play any NES game at a maximum resolution of 320×480, after some display setting tweaks that is.

It isn’t a clean and simple walk in the park though. “All it requires is a quick trip to root on the device a compile of the FCEUltra NES emulator for Linux and bam, it’s good to go.” – This isn’t as simple as it sounds folks. Nintendo has announced that a new black version of its popular video game console Wii will be arriving in August. Those of you who have held up on buying the original white colour themed Wii for the past two years may now finally be tempted to a make purchase.
