The Samsung i8910 Omnia HD which was revealed at the recent MWC 2009 in Barcelona is an improved version of the original Omnia smartphone. Its got a huge 3.7-inch AMOLED display, plays HD videos and should prove to be a strong competitor against other full touchscreen cameraphones in the upcoming months. As you can see there is no physical keypad and full touchscreen control interface totally proves its value on such a large display. It has a 8 megapixel camera with flash and powerful stereo speakers. It runs the latest Symbian S60v5 operating system.

But to me I think that is the only thing that I like about the Idou and nothing else. The video embedded below features how the new user interface works on the full touch screen flagship, the picture browser works exactly like the iPhone’s, which kind of puts me off as there is nothing new or creative about it.
