Well, nothing much has popped in since the news of Motorola’s split into two different organizations which was suppoed to benefit the customers as well as the company on the whole. Though we don’t have any important numbers for you to explain the split but we do have a new cover for the upcoming Motorola organization. The new Motorola Logo – and it is all red!

I am not kidding. Another phone with specifications mixed from various phones has again started to show up on different websites. The best part of such leaks is that people don’t get bored leaking stuff which really doesn’t seem to be interesting.

The overly thin Motorola Olympus seems to has been caught in some flea market by an internet user and its images are currently making rounds on the internet.
Please understand that we are not talking about any smartphone which is about to be launched by Motorola that might be named Motorola Split! As per the latest news Motorola has officially announced that the company will be splitting into two different organizations as this might help in improving the governance of Motorola on the whole.

In a meeting held recently, the board of directors for Motorola Inc. approved the separation of Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. (“Motorola Mobility”) from Motorola, Inc. through a tax-free dividend involving the distribution of all Motorola Mobility common stock held by Motorola to Motorola stockholders.
Well, we have had so many of similar looking phones that it is becoming increasingly hard to recognise which image reflects which particular phone. I reckon this is at leasat the case with recent Android tablets. Well, Motorola seems to be gearing up for one more similar launch and somehow it looks almost similar to the much hyped Droid. Not our mistake but phones today look so similar to each other (even as per their specifications) that it is pretty easy to call one the copy of the other!

Well, we have a surprise for you here. We can easily tag the newly announced Motorola Droid Pro by Verizon as the first phone of the century which didn’t get leaked before its official announcement. And, I am super excited about this newly announced phone as it is actually different.

Coming out of the world of slider palm tops like everyone has been launching recently Motorola has gone to the extent of ignoring the slider for once and has come up with something which many would consider as a Blackberry lookalike – err, not really different I guess.
Motorola has made the release date of its Droid R2-D2 smartphone official. The much awaited Motorola DROID R2-D2 will be available in stores on September 20th, 2010 without fail. The Motorola DROID R2-D2 will be available via Verizon Wireless. This special Star Wars edition collectible will be available for $249 after a $100 mail in rebate.

Ok, Defy might not be a name as glamorous as “Droid” but this new Android phone is soon set to hit the European market. Great thing about Motorola Defy is that it’s a rugged smartphone that provides decent protection besides great hardware specs.
