The year 2010 is quite a bad year for all the IM users out there. According to a study in Great Britain there have been a significant reduction in people using IM service this year. According to the study, in 2007  people used to spend 14% of their internet time on IM service while this year that number has dropped to 5%. Are people tired of instant messaging service or are they out in the year of 2010?
