It’s out! Finally a proper Facebook app update which I have really been looking forward to. The new Facebook app version 3.0 for the iPhone / iPod Touch aims to make staying connected to and sharing updates with your friends an even easier experience than before.


Probably the features which I have personally been most wanting to see is support for landscape mode, zooming photos, seeing latest b-day and updates and of course a complete photo management entirely from your iPhone. For iPhone 3GS users, you will definitely be delighted to know that the new Facebook 3.0 app now finally gives you the ability to upload videos which you have recorded.

Designed for phones like the iPhone, iPod Touch and other popular mobiles like BlackBerrys, the iZel cell phone stand is a multifunctional mobile phone stand. Great for supporting landscape and portrait mode, just snap here and snap there and you’ve got a stand in seconds. Though the iZel is made of grippy material, it still looks as if the iPhone in the video can easily fall off, thus I’m not too convinced in that respect.

Just bought Kindle 2? I’m sorry, its just been a few months but Amazon has decided that a new Kindle with a larger 9.7 inch is to be launched. Amazon has finally announced their price tag for its latest black and white Kindle reading device – the Kindle DX, which will be priced at $489. Amazon is now taking pre-orders of the Kindle DX, shipping date has been said to be this coming summer, however, exact details remain vague.


The DX sports a larger, more comfortable 9.7-inch screen that can rotate to landscape display, its also a PDF reader (amongst a large number of other document formats that it is capable of reading). The Kindle DX also comes with more storage space at 3.3GB.

You will know doubt remember when Sony Ericsson announced the Idou about a month ago. Here’s just a quick clip of the phone in landscape mode, compared to our previous video, this one is more close up so you can see that the Idou’s 3.5-inch touchscreen is actually much more sharper than seen in photos.
