James May and Jeremy Clarkson were recently spotted piloting a Peugeot iOn and a Nissan Leaf, possibly some sort of EV challenge for the next series of Top Gear. When Jeremy Clarkson and James May couldn’t find a power source to recharge their EVs, they eventually ran out of electricity, they made a stop at the University of Lincoln to steal some power and recharge their vehicles.
How many of you here are Top Gear fans? If you are (even if you’re not), you’re going to find this Top Gear Christmas special fascinating. Just featured on BBC last night was the 6th episode of the current season 14 of the popular petrol head tv series. The three presenters take on a ridiculous four by four challenge in Bolivia, probably one of the toughest they have ever faced. Of course like all challenges in the past, they were given a small budget to limit their choice of vehicle.
