HTC have launched today a new Android full touchscreen which will soon and only be hitting the European market in November. Its not a groundbreaking device but rather a neat, small and compact mobile with adequate hardware on board.

We knew that it was right on our heads. Call it rumors or call it unofficial announcements but Windows Phone 7 has finally come out of the hiding and that too within October itself. Microsoft took the decision to take a backseat in the world of smartphones and launch their style of smartphone after alot of market research. The much awaited handsets carrying Windows Phone 7 are very much round the corner. If rumours are to be believed then Windows Phone 7 should be available in the US by November while UK seems to be enjoying an early launch which should be somewhere around late October itself.

Microsoft did hint the launch of Windows Phone 7 by late October in UK and the rumours seem to confirm this. Fans in UK can enjoy the fact that all five major operators should be having the Windows Phone 7 by late October itself.

Not sure why Radio Shack is super excited about T-Mobile’s G2 (aka HTC Desire Z) but they surely seem to be taking the launch of this smartphone above anything else. We hardly hear any news from Radio Shack unless it is about T-Mobile’s G2. It was Radio Shack that first came running with the discounted launch of G2 disappointing the likes of Best Buy and again it is Radio Shack that is barking about being the first to launch T-Mobile’s G2 ahead of any other retailer. We are not sure what is up with Verizon and HTC but they keep launching new Android QWERTY palmtops that actually look the same. If you look closely, this isn’t the HTC Desire Z (or G2), Boy Genius Report has recently uploaded some of the photographs of an unnamed HTC QWERTY keypad mobile that is said to in the line up and could be announced pretty soon.

By looking at the images we don’t find anything new with this yet to be confirmed smartphone but we are rest assured that we will be publishing plenty more leaks before this unnamed smartphone is official.

HTC Desire Z with QWERTY keyboard coming next month

If you missed this news earlier on last week, the HTC Desire Z is also known as the T-Mobile G2 in the US. The HTC Desire Z will feature QWERTY keyboard and it will have HTC Sense UI and the new HTCSense.com services as well. Besides that, this phone comes with Android OS 2.2 and it uses QWERTY slider keyboard. As for the hardware specs, you’ll be pleased to know that HTC Desire Z is powered by 800MHz processor, and that it’s using 512 MB of RAM.
