Its nearly Christmas holiday time for us here at GadgetLite, so we thought we better cover one more thing thats really been hot and trendy for the last two weeks in the technology world. The Google Phone aka Nexus One, by now, all gadget fans will probably have heard of how amazing it is.
The first Android phone with flash support has been unveiled. A true iPhone killer this time? Known as the HTC Hero, it is a phone which has been speculated with images leaked previously, now officially revealed and pictured below.
The new open source Android based HTC Hero sports a 3.2-inch HVGA (480×320) screen, a five megapixel camera with autofocus, AGPS, digital compass, gravity sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack and a dedicated search button. On the inside lies 512MB of storage, expandable by microSD, 288MB of RAM, and a 528MHz Qualcomm processor.
Not very long after the Magic arrives, it looks like HTC and Google have been busy. Here’s a snapshot that’s been leaked featuring the HTC “Hero”.
The picture doesn’t look as if its been photoshopped and the HTC Hero looks to be an Android phone with a wider screen, same old “chin” but without a trackball which is abit unlike other Android phones currently available.
