ZodTTD a master at developing emulators has released a pretty amazing piece of work. Just released onto Cydia for $2.50 is N64iPhone, an N64 emulator application for iPhone which will allow you to play N64 game roms on your handheld device, we believe it should probably work for iPod Touch users as well. What’s more is that ZodTTD has added a bonus to the app, users can play with their Wiimote via bluetooth! The only catch as you will imagine is that you need to have your iPod Touch or iPhone jailbroken first, this is so that you will be given access to Cydia.
For iPhone and iPod Touch who jailbreak and use SSH to access their devices, the “Rickroll worm” or RickRoll SSH hack is something you definitely want to avoid if possible. The fact that attacks like these have been possible make you think that far more serious and malicious attacks can happen in the future. Check out the video below on how to take a few simple steps to protect your iPhone or iPod Touch from the RickRoll hack:
As we have reported just a few days ago, if you’re an iPhone 3G / 3GS user who’s unlocked your iPhone using ultrasn0w, you’re advised not to update to the latest iPhone OS 3.1.1 (3.1) which was released earlier this week.

Before you guys check out this video, if you have a LG Crystal GD900, don’t go throwing yours into the fish tank! Even though it may seem like the same phone, it is in fact somewhat different. The one swimming along side with the fish in this video has actually been modified with a touch of transparent food membrane, giving it basically a waterproof case.
Update (06072009): Purplera1n for Mac OS X released, works the exact same way, scroll down for instructions on use!
So far the iPhone Dev Team have been reluctant to release their jailbreak and unlock tool for the iPhone 3GS. Though the Dev Team says this is possible, they feel that iPhone OS firmware 3.1 which may soon be released will cause a rapid repeat of their cat and mouse game with Apple. So where is this non-Dev Team jailbreak method coming from? George or GeoHot says the following…
Normally I don’t make tools for the general public, and rather wait for the dev team to do it. But guys, whats up with waiting until 3.1? That isn’t how the game is played. We release, Apple fixes, we find new holes. It isn’t worth waiting because you might have the “last” hole in the iPhone. What last hole…this isn’t golf. I’ll find a new one next week.
Though George did say the above, its important to note

We know that the Palm Pre isn’t just capable of multitasking but also emulating the NES for some retro gaming. But did it ever occur to anyone that it could also run Playstation games? This is exactly what this latest development has done. ZodTTD who is a master in this specialty has in the past done similar work for the iPhone, this time though he used his jailbroken Palm Pre and loaded up his Playstation psx4all emulator for some Wipeout gameplay.
