It really isn’t a catch. The folks at iPhoneIsLam have been working on an application that will turn your iPad 3G into a fully iPhone-capable iPad. The way the iPad 3G was meant to be in the first place.
This means the result is that iPad 3G users will be able to make and answer calls, send texts / SMS and FaceTime – no hardware alteration whatsoever is needed.
Its been leaked by an anonymous Apple Store manager that the new iPad 2s being used as displays for other in-store Apple products can be hacked to turn into “normal iPads” with a few gestures in a secret combination. Don’t take our word for it, here’s a video to proof it…
We love our Lego here at GadgetLite but its been awhile since we last featured a Lego related PC case mod. Just in time, this one has blown me away with the amount of detail its modder – Wang191 managed to put into this, rightly so, it took him nine months to complete but what a masterpiece.
PlayStation Network is in the spotlight again, but unfortunately, there is no good news in sight. PSN is still down, but to make things even worse, it appears that personal information has been stolen from PSN.

It seems that both Sony and PlayStation 3 users are having problems with the PlayStation Network. The PlayStation Network has been down for several days now, and it looks like the cause of PSN’s outage has been an outside attack.
