As an outdoor person, we were most delighted to be given a chance to try out this new USB GPS travel logger by i-gotU. Xwaves is about to release the latest version of xGPS (v1.2) by the end of this month. For those that are not familiar, xGPS is an iPhone / iPod Touch application which will turn your iPhone into a GPS sat nav device, the best part is xGPS enables your iPhone to have turn by turn voice instructions. The previous version xGPS (v1.1.0-1) which is already available via Cydia and provides real-time GPS navigation, but it does not have voice instructions so this soon to come update version 1.2 will definitely be much more useful.
