Well, this is what we call the perfect plan to cover every corner of the present Internet tablet market. Toshiba is planning to launch 3 different Internet tablets that will come loaded with Windows 7, Chrome OS and Android respectively. If things go as planned then all the three Internet tablets will be launched at the next CES which happens to be the perfect plan for marketing such a launch.

This does sound weird as Toshiba’s Folio 100 Android based internet tablet have been the center of their marketing for over the last few months but if the recent announcement on Wall Street Journal is to be believed then Toshiba will be announcing tablets for early 2011 release in US but they might be something other then Folio 100.

As you will have read, Toshiba officially entered the Android tablet arena at the IFA Berlin this year. They officially brought out the Folio 100 – a 10.1-inch iPad like slate device. On paper, the onboard tech makes the Folio 100 one of the most powerful tablets offering a screen also with multi-touch support.

The latest tablet from Toshiba is called Folio 100 and will be using Android OS 2.2. This tablet will provide 1024 x 600 pixel resolution via a 10.1-inch multitouch widescreen WSVGA display. As for other hardware specs, this model will use Nvidia Tegra 2 processor and come with 16 GB of internal storage space.
