LG is increasing the buzz on its 13.4mm thick GD900 handset ahead of the upcoming CTIA Wireless Show 2009. The GD900 which you will recall was first shown at the MWC 2009, Barcelona. Its been said that this time, the 7.2 HSPDA slider with world’s first transparent glass (not plastic folks!) keypad will be functional, running LG’s new S-Class UI on the three inch display. GD900 features a vibrational haptic feedback and the transparent keypad seems to double as a touch-sensitive mouse pad. The GD900 will be available in Europe and Asia in May.
Sony recently announced a new series of HDTV stands – RHT-G Series. With the latest RHT-G Series, users get to enjoy both Sony’s home cinema surround audio tech and a smart place to place a large-screen TV. Of course, with all three of the RHT-G Series stands you won’t need to mess around with tons of cables from different pieces of hardware. Three models will be available, the RHT-G550 for 32-40-inch TVs, the RHT-G950 for use with 40-46-inch screen and the RHT-G1550 designed for 46-55-inch TVs.
We only spoke about it a week ago and now LG has officially announced their latest flagship – the LG Arena KM900 at the Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona. I know some have been asking us when exactly the Arena will be available in the UK, we can now confirm that it will arrive very shortly next month! Citroen announced plans earlier last week to revive the DS nameplate for a line of mid-range premium models based on the new C3, C4 and C5. They decided that they could no longer wait for the Geneva Motor Show debut of the new Citroen DS3 and published a few images of the concept a few weeks early and rightly so I can understand why!
