Is there anything that ASUS can’t do or won’t try to do? Who knows, though the origami fold / unfold laptop concept featured below may just be another out of the blue, pure imagination, it certainly isn’t one we would want to miss. I wonder what else goes on in their creative minds…

With the success of ASUS’s Eee PCs, its no surprise that they have further prepared themselves and for us a series of new addition to their pc lineup for this year’s CES. The one pictured is the new Asus T91, yes it does have a convertible 8.9″ touch screen and it is a netbook, that for me is already an excellent combination! But there’s bound to be more info on it when it gets announced later on, it weighs in at just 2lbs, 1″ thick and runs on Intel Atom processor.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not a huge fan of internet radio, I feel the radio we have at the moment satisfy all my needs. In the video below, a user demonstrates a new and innovative way in which WarCraft III can be played on a multi-touch screen. This version of WarCraft III is a demo especially developed by the PQ Labs, they developed a multi-touch solution that can be easily applied to any LCD or Plasma monitors and are calling it the Multi-Touch G² or iTable.

Multi-Touch is not just about multiple fingers. It’s all about human-computer interaction in the most intuitive way. In the Multi-Touch Warcraft game powered by PQ Labs, finger and fist are mapped to different actions. Hitting the enemy with your fist means attack. In between the real world and the virtual world, Multi-Touch is your bridge. You can physically interact with the virtual world without menus, commands. The interface just disappears. With PQ Labs Multi-Touch technology, the interaction becomes a “REAL” digital illusion.

Wasn’t that quite something? What’s even better is that we now know PQ Labs will be showcasing the Multi-Touch G² at CES 2009, Las Vegas soon and we’ll hopefully see it available to the public shortly next year.

OCZ Tech is now officially entering the eSATA arena with their newly unveiled: Throttle. No pricing or release date is given, but Register Hardware is proposing that it’ll possibly be $32 for 8GB, $56 for 16GB and $160 for 32GB. For eSATA ports that don’t provide power or if you haven’t got an eSATA just yet, you don’t need to worry. The Throttle has a mini-USB port to provide it with the equivalent so that you can also use it to transfer data just like normal flash drives.
