When it comes to driving, driving under influence is the main cause of car accidents, and although we cannot solve the problem of drunk driving, we can at least fight it with a device that comes from Takata Corporation and TruTouch Technologies.

Here’s abit of auto tech for this morning folks, the Toyota Prius is pretty well known for being the top of the class when it comes to hybrid technology. In the new 2010 version, on board technology has been much improved, both under the hood and within the cabinet. I especially fancy that solar panel equipped roof!

The video below from the BBC shows you some of the electric, eco-friendly cars from a competition / project recently run by the UK government to encourage automakers to get more creative in thinking about low carbon emissions. Eight car making groups have won a £25 million prize from the government to fund the next generation of greener, cleaner cars.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not a huge fan of internet radio, I feel the radio we have at the moment satisfy all my needs. But I suppose the added advantage of having internet radio is you can listen to radio that’s not just in your own country or region but also internationally. At next week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Blaupunkt and miRoamer will announce the world’s first in dash Internet radio receiver.
