Apple has recently announced an update for their Time Capsule with the introduction of a new 2TB model and a 3TB one, thus replacing the 1TB and 2TB models. The prices remain the same, $299 for the 2TB model and $499 for the 3TB. Another improvement in this device is a new technology that dissipates heat more efficiently than previous models. Another improvement is a new low power consumption hard drive and a new firmware that allows the hard drive to read and to write a lot faster.
Its been over a week since iOS 5 was unveiled, while many of its new features will be a significant breakthrough for iPhone and iOS devices users, a large majority have actually been borrowed from other phonemakers and their operating systems.

If you want to turn your iPad into a phone and make regular calls, you now have the chance to do so with the PhoneIt-iPad app. As you might remember, we wrote earlier about PhoneIt-iPad app while it was still in development stage, but now let’s see what the final release has to offer.
As stated in Apple WWDC 2011, the new iTune with iCloud allow users to re-download apps that previously purchased on the iTune App Store. According to CDFXapps, the iDOS app, which has been banned by Apple, can be re-downloaded from the purchased section.
We have mentioned that Apple may introduce OS update as a download on App Store. Apple has announced that the new Mac OS X Lion upgrade will be available to download from the App Store in July for only $29.99.
A recent phishing scam has targeted Mac users, which claimed their computers were infected with a virus. It redirects users to fakes websites to download Mac Defender, suggested to be an “anti-virus” software which in fact is malware. The goal is to get the user’s credit card information which may be used for fraudulent purposes. Apple officially acknowledged the issue yesterday, and posted instructions on how to remove Mac Defender malware and news on future OS X software update.
Rumor on Apple iPhone 5 never end. This time is on its design. According to Digitimes report, Apple may adopt a curved cover glass for iPhone 5. Similar to the new Samsung Nexus S, it uses a concave curved screen for improved comfort.
