There are lots of exciting stuff that the developers are doing all day, especially when they are XDA developers (Windows and Android developers). They keep on tweaking things each day and try trying new versions on different prototypes. In this latest tweak / hack, they have worked out how to get Android Honeycomb OS 3.0 on to HTC HD2.
It appears that Google is experiencing some problems with the Android Market, and due to these problems, it seems that Google has to use its infamous kill switch as a last resort.
According to latest news, 58 apps on Android Market were found sending personal information from Android devices and were installing security holes, so Google had to remove them from the Android Market.

Here’s an interesting find of the day, apparently Google activates way more Androids compared to humans with a current pace of 350.000 activations per day. Check out the video below for a clever infographic-like take on how Android is quickly becoming the preferred mobile OS around the world.
The funny part is, if everybody in California (the mother land of Apple) was buying an Android device exclusively the whole state would be saturated in about 4 months from now. BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) has been quite famous among BlackBerry users and now its been announced to be coming to Android and iOS app store. Although the version of BBM that is coming to iPhone and Android is a scaled down version of the original messenger, i.e., it will have slightly less features than what you’d get from you BlackBerry.
Earlier this week, the new honeybee logo was revealed by Phandroid through looking within the Android 3.0 Honeycomb’s SDK itself but now its been officially revealed. Named alphabetically after a tasty treat, from Cupcake and Donut to Eclair, Froyo and Gingerbread. The new glowing cybernetic bee sports blue stripes, an ethereal glow and a definite sting.
Opera might be shunned as a browser from time to time, but according to the latest news, we find out that Opera Mobile for Android is almost ready to be launched and that it will feature some enhancements.

Winamp is one of the most popular multimedia players on Windows and it seems that Winamp is now moving to Android too with its first beta release.
All Winamp and Android OS users will be pleased to hear that beta version of Winamp is now available on for free. Beta version of Winamp for Android OS allows you to synchronise it with your desktop version of Winamp wirelessly or via USB and if you want to use it, you’ll need Winamp 5.59 beta for WiFi synchronisation.
