Porsche has revealed the images and specs of their upcoming 2014 911 Turbo and Turbo S, the new car is capable of 0-62mph in a searing 3.1 seconds. The Turbo will have on offer 520 bhp while the Turbo S will offer 40 more bhp. Both versions will have a 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six, mounted at the back of the car in traditional 911 fashion. Unfortunately, there will be no manual gearbox option, with Porsche electing to offer only the seven-speed PDK paddleshift automatic.
Porsche last week revealed their new and even sportier 2010 911 GT3 RS. Loaded with plenty of upgraded features compared to the GT3, including a 450hp 3.8L flat-6 engine, the new GT3 RS also boasts yet unwrapped technology – a purpose-built PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management), and an optional lithium-ion battery that saves 22 pounds over the standard unit.
