Google Wallet is an NFC-based mobile payment service, and Google has officially announced it. So far, Google Wallet has gained support of many retailers such as Subway, Macy’s, Walgreens, Toys ‘R Us, First Data, Citibank, MasterCard, and Sprint. Droid Life who have been speculated in the past for their ‘connections’ with Verizon has posted 12 pictures of what they say is the latest HTC Thunderbolt 4G flagship, a new smartphone that will allegedly be unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) next week and which would be Verizon’s first 4G LTE phone.
We’ve been waiting for this for a while, and we’re pleased to say that Sprint has finally launched 4G WiMAX network in the San Francisco Bay Area. According to Sprint, new 4G WiMAX network is four times faster than the standard 3G service.

Though we are not sure regarding the authenticity of this news yet it was exciting enough for us to leave a mention of the same. HTC’s EVO Shift 4G has just now leaked into the market with a release date of 9th January. Missing the holiday season by such a small time period does not make any sense to me but I guess HTC somehow didn’t want to get lost in the holiday bubble.
Apple is in the spotlight this morning with its new generation of iPods. After the amazing iPod Touch 4G and iPod Nano 6G here comes the latest version of the Apple’s smallest iPod, the iPod Shuffle.
