On April 9, 2014, in Tablets, by Mike Jefferson

We’re no strangers to Acer Iconia line, and speaking of which, Acer is planning to expand its Iconia line with a new affordable 7-inch device.

Acer Iconia One 7 is the latest device from Acer and this device comes with 7-inch 1024 x 600 pixel TFT LCD display and dual-core 1.5GHz VIA WonderMedia WM8880 ARM Cortex-A9 processor. There is also ARM Mali-400MP2 graphics and 1GB RAM, as well as 16GB of internal storage space, but if that is not enough, there’s also a microSD memory card slot for expansion. Additional specs include 802.11n WiFi connectivity, 1.9-megapixel camera on the back, VGA front camera for video calls, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and 3,000mAh battery.

Acer Iconia One 7 might not have the best hardware features, but it’s an affordable device, so it won’t be too harsh on your budget. There’s no information regarding the price or availability, but we expect Acer Iconia One 7 to cost less than $150.
