We already saw laptops from Lenovo’s Flex series, and Lenovo has added two new models to its Flex line, so let’s check them out.
Both models come with 10 point touch IPS displays, and just like with the previous models, you can place them in “stand” mode by flipping their displays 300 degrees. As for the hardware, Flex 14D and 15D laptops come with up to AMD A6-5200 processors, AMD HD8570 graphics and up to 8GB of DDR3L RAM. As for connectivity, there’s USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HDMI, 2 in 1 card reader, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi. Regarding the storage, you can choose between 1TB hard disk or a 500GB Hybrid SSHD with an integrated 16GB NAND flash. Both models feature Dolby Advanced Audio v2 speakers, multi-touch trackpad optimized for Windows 8 and an optional Backlit Accutype keyboard. According to Lenovo, these devices can last for nine hours thanks to the built-in battery. These laptops are 21mm thin, they weigh 4.6lbs, and they run on Windows 8.1.
Lenovo Flex 14D and 15D laptops look like decent successors to the older models, and the starting price of both Lenovo Flex 14D and 15D is $499.
