LarkLife: Bluetooth exercise bracelet helps you stay fit

On November 2, 2012, in Gadgets, by Mike Jefferson

In this time of technology, it’s important that we stay in shape and healthy, especially if we spend a lot of time in front of the computer, and speaking of staying fit, today we have a special exercise bracelet that might help you with that.

LarkLife is an exercise bracelet, and it is designed to monitor your activity, sleep patterns and food intake. In order for LarkLife to work, you’ll need a special iPhone app as well, and while the bracelet uses the pedometer to count your steps, the iOS app is used to enter your food intake and get diet recommendations. In addition, LarkLife bracelet measures how long do you sleep, and how long does it take you to fall asleep, and it also comes with vibrating built-in alarm. In addition, the device can recognize when you start running or walking, so you won’t have to enter your exercises manually. We also have to mention that LarkLife isn’t waterproof, but it’s splash-resistant, so it probably won’t get damaged by the rain.

If you want to live healthy, and stay in shape, LarkLife might be perfect solution. As for availability, LarkLife is available for pre-order from Lark for $150.
