On August 16, 2012, in Latest News, by Mike Jefferson

With the development of science we saw all sorts of devices that can make our lives a lot easier, and speaking of which, today we have a report about the latest scientific discovery that can change the dental care forever.

According to the latest reports, scientists have discovered a molecule that can make your teeth cavity proof, and they have called this molecule Keep 32. What makes this molecule special is the fact that it can kill bacteria that produces cavities in just 60 seconds. Creators of this molecule, Jose Cordoba from Yale University and Erich Astudillo from la Universidad de Santiago, Chile, say that this molecule can be added to almost any dental product, candy or even a chewing gum; and as long as you keep this molecule in your mouth for more than 60 seconds, you’ll prevent cavity bacteria from returning for several hours.

Research of this molecule began in 2005, and two researchers are hoping to bring first products with this molecule to the market after 14 to 18 months.
