Smartphones can do so many things, and if you like taking pictures with your smartphone, today we have a special device that can turn your smartphone into portable scanner.

If you need to scan a document, but you don’t have a scanner, sometimes you can use your smartphone to do the job, however, due to camera shakes the results aren’t always the best, but today we have a device that might help you with that. Scanbox is basically a box with a hole on its top that holds your smartphone at the perfect height allowing you to quickly make digital copies of your documents or photos. Scanbox comes with neodymium magnets that hold it together, and when you’re not using it, you can simply fold it and put it in your pocket. As for compatibility, Scanbox  is designed to work with all smartphone devices, but it is optimized for iPhone and iPod Touch.

Although Scanbox cannot replace your scanner, it adds additional functionality to your smartphone, but sadly, Scanbox is just a Kickstarter project for now, but you can still help its funding.
