Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone announced

The Samsung Nexus has been recently announced and will be the first smart phone running the Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich OS! The phone features a 4.65 inch super AMOLED touchscreen, with a 5 megapixel camera. The Nexus is being powered by a 1.2GHz dual processor with 1GB of RAM. The internal memory on this phone is quite large at either 16-32GB of storage.

The phone has many unique interesting features like an accelerometer, compass, gyro, light, proximity sensor, it also adds a barometer to the mix. On the latest Android 4.0 OS, the phone itself does not have the four physical buttons on the device, they removed the Home, Back and menu buttons. The previous button’s on the front of the device will now be apart of the user interface which is a touchscreen. The device itself is light, small and compact and very sleek looking! You will start to see the Samsung Galaxy Nexus at the beginning of November.
