MySpace adds Facebook sync feature

On September 1, 2010, in Social Networking, by Mike Jefferson

As you know, before Facebook, MySpace was the leading social networking website but times have changed and MySpace lost its popularity. According to the statistics, Facebook’s popularity rose for 70 percent while MySpace’s popularity dropped for 25 percent in the last year.

As for MySpace, it has 61 million monthly users while Facebook has 146 million users on monthly basis. It seems the MySpace is losing the war and even recent changes to the profile layouts cannot stop the MySpace’s defeat. Therefore, MySpace has decided to add a new feature that will allow MySpace users to send status updates directly to Facebook.

It seems that MySpace is following Twitter’s example since this feature will allow you to send status updates from your MySpace account on the similar way that Twitter users send status updates to the their Facebook accounts. So far, Facebook hasn’t developed a feature that will allow you to send status updates to your MySpace profile but we’re hoping that we’ll see it in the future.

This feature will come handy to Facebook and MySpace users, but will it be enough to keep MySpace alive and appealing to its users?

I agree with you but from my personal experience, it bought 4000 Facebook fans from http://www.socialkik.com and they added them to my page in a little over 1 month. All the fans appeared to be real and some of them turned out to be great customers.
You should use http://www.socialkik.com to buy Facebook fans… we purchased 10,000 Facebook fans and we're quite satisfied with the results. It's completely legal because the fans are real and they don't join your page until they check it and find it interestings. Socialkik.com keeps sending suggestions to become a fan until the order is fulfilled.
