Canon EOS 7D Studio Version DSLR

Canon has just announced another new camera, the new EOS 7D Studio Version (7DSV) DSLR camera. They say it’s good for school or event photographers who want professional looking photographs. This new camera has four different “lock” levels allowing administrators to enable the appropriate level of camera functionality for any studio operation.

Canon also introduced their new Canon Barcode Solution for the new EOS 7D Studio Version which links customer data directly with the image file so that it can be maintained throughout the entire workflow process. This easily able’s the user to manage their photo’s safely using this system. Another reason why Canon said this is good for photographers from say a school, medical office etc. Canon includes a barcode scanner reader in a package with the camera, all the photo’s and data for the customer is managed through a wired connection.

The kit is priced at $2599 which has the new barcode feature. Without that feature for just the camera it’s going to cost you $1829.
