The specs, as Droid Life understands it, include an updated keypad, 3.7″ display, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi tethering, 8GB internal memory, pre-installed 8GB microSD card, updated version of MOTOBLUR (ninjaBLUR?) and a 750MHz OMAP 3 processor. HDMI out and a front-facing camera won’t be included with the Droid 2.
