Motion control is quite popular in games nowadays and Nintendo Wii has made a gaming revolution thanks to it. In order to follow their competitor Microsoft is working on Project Natal and as for Sony they are working on their new Move controller. Interesting thing is that there have been some speculations and that we might see the new Move controller this July.

Sony Move is designed to compete with the Nintendo’s WiiRemote controller allowing players to input their own movement into the game. Nintendo has become famous due to their controllers so in order to follow the gaming standards that Nintendo set, Sony had to intervene. As far as we know, Sony is still working on their Move controller but there have been some leaks from game retailer known as BT Games.

There is a teaser poster on their website saying that the new Move controller will hit the stores in July. No accurate release date or price is seen on the poster, therefore this could be highly inaccurate information. The official word from Sony regarding their new controller is that it will come out before the end of the year and it will cost less than $100. No specific release date has been announced so the teaser poster from BT Games could just be a speculation.

Usually all those leaked information turn out to be just a teaser for the customers and fans, but if you want a proper motion controlled gaming, stick to your Wii, just for a while longer.
