What makes the newly unveiled Lenovo S10-3t comparable to the Apple iPad is that it is like the T91 which means its a netbook but is also capable of transforming into a touchscreen tablet. What makes the S10-3t tempting (at least for Windows users) is that it runs on Windows 7 and most users will be happy to stick with software that they’ve been using on their home desktop. While on the other hand, going for an iPad would mean having to adapt to a new OS and the only source of apps being the App Store. In a way the iPad is less open source. However, as you will see in the below video, the S10-3t with a swivel touchscreen gets abit too luxurious, given that it is still at the end of the day just a netbook.
