Opera Mini, the popular web browser for many smartphones will soon be available for the iPhone. The company is organizing an exclusive pre-release preview of the software during 2010 Mobile World Congress. Jon von Tetzchner, Co-founder, Opera Software, marks this as a unique opportunity for the company to unveil the feature-rich web browser to the world.
As per Jon this event is a major step towards achieving company’s goal of bringing the Web to the World. Opera web browser is currently available as Opera Mobile and Opera Mini on numerous platforms and devices. The event will put light on the latest beta versions and add-on widgets of the software.
Opera Mini offers its users convenient and secure web browsing functionality. Its distinguished compression technology facilitates faster web-page loading with minimal data download. Alike its desktop flavor, Opera Mini caters tabs, speed dial and a password manager for optimizing usability. Opera’s gadgets and tools will be put on display in the Hall 1, Booth C44 during the MWC 2010 event.
