If you guys remember the LG GD910 wrist watch mobile, you will be able to recall how much functionality LG managed to pack into that slim and elegantly designed watch phone. But there was one problem with the GD910, it was quite pricey.
At the CES, the new W Phonewatch from Kempler & Strauss combines a touchscreen interface with basic phone functionality. Its got a nice sporty look to it which means its design will fit those of you who enjoy cycling, running, hiking, etc.
For $200, you’ll be able to buy the W Phonewatch (GSM unlocked), though it doesn’t sport 3G capability or WiFi, it has a microphone and a speaker and bluetooth. The company also recommends that the phone be paired with a bluetooth headset. It has a digital clock, and with a single touch, you can easily access icons for phone, messages, address book and calendar on the watch. And it also features include a 1.4-megapixel camera for still photos and videos.
