Whether you think this is ridiculous or not, Mini’s designers are convinced that the Mini’s characteristic design platform will work for any type of style or class of vehicle they throw at it. In this case, the Beachcomber concept is an off-road 4×4 that bares the exact same facial appearance as that of the Mini Cooper.

We’ve just been sent this video by the makers of the XpPhone, the world’s first mobile phone to run Windows XP. The clip below shows the device being booted up, it is exactly the same as a mobile internet device, its got a nice sliding QWERTY which means many users will be able to use it for IM, social networking while on the go. The device is by no means slim though, it looks to be approximately the size of an Nintendo DS.
