The Sony Ericsson X10, SE’s first Android phone shows in the video below that its not just the Motorola Droid / Milestone which will be able to take advantage of Google’s free turn by turn maps navigation application. The GPS / sat nav application by Google which first debuted earlier in October this year is increasingly becoming a threat to the likes of TomTom and CoPilot who have thrown themselves into the mobile app market.
We should expect to see a ton of upcoming Android phones including of course the upcoming, much anticipated Google Phone (Nexus One) to come with the application completely free of charge.
