MSI X-Slim X350 – MSI’s new ultrathin entertainment laptop
Just officially announced yesterday, the 26mm thick MSI X-Slim X350 laptop comes with a unique eye-catching, glitter pattern on its exterior surface created by MSI’s unique diamond-motif etching technology. Weighing only 1.5kg (with battery), as you will expect from a new addition to MSI’s X-Slim series, the X350 boasts nice features not just on the outside but also internally.
The X350 boasts Intel’s CULV Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of memory, integrated GMA 4500MHD graphics, up to 500GB hard drive, and a 13.4-inch 16:9 HD LCD display with LED-backlight for movie theatre quality performance. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n and optional Bluetooth connections. There is also a 2-in-1 card reader, HDMI port, eSATA port, built-in speakers, and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam.
The X-Slim X350 comes with MSI’s new ultra-thin, large-capacity lithium-polymer battery, combined with the ECO energy-saving technology, offering up to nine whole hours of use. It will come loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium OS. Overall, the MSI X350 looks to be a promising new machine, the main attraction is probably its combination of lightweight, energy efficient technology as well as that 16:9 HD LCD which should make it an excellent source of portable entertainment.
