Its a great tool to avoid those rather dodgy ones which you and I have definitely stumbled into before. The application gives you a live view of the surroundings uses the augmented reality elements to directly bring you to your chosen destination. Yes, it is a rather geeky way to go out but why not make use of this free technology?
The application also gives you lots of nice extras, like access to information about local registered taxis in your area. Though the application is being launched initially to the US market, we have learnt that there are plans in place to roll out the application other countries in the coming New Year, the UK will definitely be one of them! While the technology is being developed for Stella Artois at this point, for those of you who don’t drink, don’t worry.
