Free gadget giveaway: Win a new sim-free Nokia N97 mobile phone
Good morning readers! Its giveaway time again. Thanks to everyone who took part in our last giveaway where we gave away a brand new 32GB third gen iPod Touch and the winner has been randomly chosen, announced and contacted! For those that didn’t win, don’t worry about it as we’ve got another gadget up for giveaway. We’re giving away a brand new, still in box, Nokia N97 (not the Mini version) and its unlocked, sim-free, which means you can use it wherever you are on any network/carrier.
Just became available earlier this year in the UK, the N97 may have a new little brother known as the N97 Mini, but it is no where as good as the N97 which is equipped with 32GB of internal memory! 
For those who aren’t so familiar, here’s a quick recap of the N97’s spec. It has a 3.5-inch touchscreen, full QWERTY sliding keyboard, 32GB of internal memory, boasts connectivities: Quadband, HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and Nokia maps and Nokia’s internet browser. It also has a five-megapixel Carl Zeiss optics camera with autofocus and LED flash. Other necessities onboard include music player, video player (plays Real video files too), document viewer and digital compass – it is definitely a proper smartphone and literally like a mobile computer! Unfortunately, I know some may prefer the black version but we couldn’t offer you guys a colour choice, as we’ve already got the white one!

Excellent! I am currently still using the good old (or the bad old, depending on how you look at it) O2 XDA IIi PDA Phone. It is ageing, hangs often, and the battery is quite poor (I need to recharge it once every two days). If I can win this, I will use it as my primary phone to replace that old one.

I use a phone which can do nothing except for text messages and calls. I am a blogger and this phone is going to be a huge help. Apart from that, i love taking pictures and self documentaries…This phone is a HUGE gadget and want to own it desperately.

Well, I have a Sony Ericsson G705 at moment. It's skin is sort of peeling and some keys are unresponsive(maybe due to my lack of care for it). I would definitely treat the prize properly if I win, haha.

If I win this Nokia, I'll start using the iPhone just for "fun" and the Nokia N97 as my office out of the office. Nothing beats a real keyboard when working with documents.

Actually, I have a Nokia 5800, but I'm really annoied, because Nokia isn't giving their first touch-screen device the features it needs. Almost every low- to highend device got Kinetic scrolling and widgetized homescreens. So Please give the Nokia N97, so I can use my cellphone as i want to and gift the Nokia 5800 to my sister.

I currently use the Nokia 5800. I would LOVE this phone purely for the ease of internet access. Im a twitter freak and the 5800 just doesnt cut it if Im honest. The free music is great but in terms of looks and browsing ability- the Nokia N97 has to be where its at!
I'm currently using a Nokia 5800 because I won it! It isn't however as good as I first thought it would be, for a touch screen phone it is missing a lot of features that other top end touch screen phones have! I'd give my current phone to my Mum who is still using an ancient Nokia so she is able to receive picture messages from me with updates of my daughter and then keep this new phone for myself to take better quality pictures and use the full QWERT keyboard more efficiently than I am able too with my current touchscreen QWERTY!

I am using a Motorola of some sort; i don't even know what kind it is! It was a hand-me-down because my old phone wasn't working too well. This new phone I am now using came to me with the box or any info from my stepsister. It doesn't even say what kind it is anywhere on the outside of the phone…very strange. I have a Sony Ericcson K310, and I'm very much willing to get that NOKIA smartphone for ALL the features it adds over my old Sony Ericcson such as web browsing, WiFi, QWERTY keyb, etc.

I am using Nokia 5000 and this phone is going to be avery big improvment for me. Let me explain:
-it's so nice when you've got all the documents you need with you( my list with all the thingfs from dvd's)
-nowaday everybaody has internet on the phone, an surfing the internet on the n97 will be great for speed, browsing etc
-it has support for a lot of apps, and when you need something( ex. guitar tuner, pdf reader, video playing etc) you ca have it
-GPS -great and useful thing especially when you're traveling

Hi! I am using Nokia 5030 with Fm and some basic features. I would love to use this phone's camera, Gps and other smartphone features which currently I can't enjoy.
I already use an N97 but am thinking about developing for this phone. I don’t want to tinker on my ‘production’-phone and don’t have the money to buy another one.

Honestly, I don't even know what my mobile phone's model is! I previously got a Nokia 6070 since I only use mobile phones for basic SMS and calling, and use a separate digital camera and mp3 player if I need to, but my sister traded her phone with me and it's what I got now. It's a Motorala god-knows-what-its-model-number-is. How would I be able to use it if ever I win? My current phone is a Nokia 3220 and it pretty clapped out and the battery dies really quickly.
