Hi Paul, thanks for your comment, it sounds more like a hardware issue to me. I have never known LG softwares to do anything this absurd. Have you tried to switch it off or force it off then restart it when this happens? I would suggest you raise this issue with LG customer service. Hope this helps you.

iam having problems with the touch screen..the touch goes absolutely adle for 10-12 hrs continous ..and ive been experiencing this a couple of times..is it some kind of a bug or some manufacturing defect..

hi everybody…i jus bought this phone….its a gud phone with almost all the features a smart phone offers…however it fails as a basic phone….i dont know whether i ve a defective piece but sumtimes i cannot accept an incoming call and neither can disconnect the outgoing call cuz the end button appears grey instrad of red and is not responsive to touch ….same is the case when i ve to accept the call…..the accept button turns grey instead of green and is again unresponsive….which makes me throw this phone ….is theer any body to help??
