We recently featured the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG in the new Gran Turismo 6, now we’ve got more pictures of this retro-style supercar.
Underneath the bonnet is a 6.2L V8 that is capable of delivering 563 horsepower (at 6,800 RPM) and 479 pound-feet of torque (at 4,750); 0-100 kmh (62 mph) takes place in 3.8 seconds and 200 kmh (124 mph) in around 11.8 seconds.

Powering the SLS is a revised version of AMG’s now-familiar 6.2-liter 32-valve V-8. In the SLS, the engine makes 563 hp at 6800 rpm and 479 lb-ft of torque at 4750 rpm!

I'd think from the performance standpoint the 911 Turbo is a much better buy, and it still can manage 8/10ths of the GT the SLS is.
Just want to point out that the latest 2010 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is a 6.3 liter super sport car.
