Motorola Droid specs revealed

Leaked by Motorola themself in a webpage that was meant to be published at a later date are the specs of the Motorola Droid. We spoke about the Android Moto as a potential iPhone killer this week, now its specs have been confirmed.

The Droid will have a 3.7-inch, 16:9 touch screen with 480 x 854 resolution. A 5 megapixel camera with 4x zoom, autofocus, and dual LED flash. A 1400 mAh Li-ion battery for up to 385 minutes of usage time and 270 hours standby. The powerhouse of the phone will be a 550MHz processor. There will be a pre-installed 16GB microSD card. Connectivity wise, GPS, Bluetooth, 802.11b/g WiFi and a micro USB port as standard. Six ounces of weight spread out over a 2.4 x 4.6 x 0.5-inch body.

No pricing just yet though, wonder what the pricetag will be like?

    Thousands of Humans has been clamoring this Droid – you got to give credit to engadget to one of the few people (aside from BGR) who laid their hands on the new droid. I don’t think its ugly, but not the best looking phone too.. But take a peek at the specs, I mean does it still look ugly now? – I can’t stress how much fast is the android 2.0 and how its (almost perfect) to the new droid models.
