What is National Identity Fraud Prevention Week? Its been taking place this week and it aims to encourage businesses and consumers to take action, ensuring that ID fraud prevention is practiced with vigilance at home and in the work place.

    That is really shocking, no wonder there is a problem with ID Fraud.
    I would love to win the shredder, I would make sure all my family used it to shread their important documents.
    I could even have a shreading party so friends could pop in too. I know so many people who just throw their documents in the bin.

    I was among those whose information, including social security number, was on an unencrypted tape of IBM employees that a courier service ‘lost’- so I am extremely conscious of Identity fraud and the need to prevent it.

    I’d love the shredder to destroy all those credit card applications and checks that act as loans.

    I’ve got a backlog of sensitive or sort of sensitive materials to shred, as my shredding facilities are not up to scratch. so this would allow me to get up to scratch and stay there.
