This near production Honda CR-Z hybrid concept which was first showcased at the Tokyo Motor Show back in 2007 will soon be concept-no-more as it is queued to hit the Japanese production lines. The Honda CR-Z is a technology packed two seater, hybrid (and might I say looks like a really cool hot hatch) with a 1.5L 4-cylinder engine, with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Designed to definitely appeal to the younger generation of new drivers, it does look alot like the Honda Insight (a more family orientated hybrid from Honda) but it doesn’t boast the Insight’s CVT and of course it looks alot more sportier!
Like many modern day Hondas, the CR-Z will sport plenty of on board flashy technology.

If all goes well, the CR-Z is likely to hit the US as well as other countries in the near future.
