For the record, this is the first time a mobile phone is able to run Windows XP and retail it to the public, known as the ITG xpPhone, its got some impressive specs and has a very manly aluminum kit.

The ITG xpPhone is unlocked, though for certain networks it appears that you will need to select which network you will be using it on prior to ordering from ITG’s site.
